Founder & CTO

Michal is CTO and co-founder of Unit8 SA.

He has over 10 years of industry experience in building distributed systems and data intensive applications which underpin analytics for modern enterprises of today.

Previously, Michal served as Forward Deployed Software Engineer and Tech Lead at Palantir Technologies, where he worked with many enterprise customers on building core data infrastructure and software which power mission critical applications and support delivery of analytics at the large scale. Michal has vast deployment experience across Europe and US, working at the front lines in industries like aerospace, airlines, advertising, chemical, telecom and investment banking.

Michal earned his M.Sc. degree in Computer Networks from University of Technology & Science, Cracow.

Michal is based out of our Zürich office, where he lives with his wife and a daughter.
