Head of Growth & Customer Engagement Lead

Kamil is Unit8’s Head of Growth, where he orchestrates our go to market, sales, marketing and partnerships activities. He also leads the customer engagement efforts ensuring that we help our customers turn data into value with analytics and AI.

Prior to Unit8 Kamil was the head of Cisco’s EMEA Digital Hub – an analytics and digital transformation Center of Excellence. As a Senior Manager within Cisco’s Digitization Office he drove several global initiatives both internal and external to accelerate business growth and transformation.

Kamil holds a Masters degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from University of Science and Technology in Krakow (Poland), an engineering degree from Telecom Paris (France) and a MBA degree from Krakow University of Economics (Poland) / St. Gallen Business School (Switzerland)
