Justyna Woźny

I graduated from Jagiellonian University in 2008 and started my career as Office Manager & Executive Assistance at Lido-Land Technical Translations. For more than 10 years I have been developing in the field of operations and workplace, working in international companies such as AMS, WilsonHCG. In 2022, I started my journey at Unit8, first as Operations Support, Operation Workplace Manager and then People Experience & Culture Manager. I also completed a project management and people strategist course. I work passionately to make the working environment an employee experience as a journey and promote a culture of integrity, openness and development.
