What will you do:
Get General Onboarding at Unit8
Familiarise yourself with the IT Security and Landscape; take part in the standard introductory meetings shared by all Unit8 team members.

Discover the details, timelines and opportunities available during your stay with us.
Soft Skills Training
Learn about project management methodologies, technologies and best practised used in Unit8 client projects and take part in the “meet the engineers” sessions.
Project Onboarding & Unit8’s Way of Working
Start the onboarding to your project and deliver your first tasks as a full member of the project team.
Learn Unit8’s way of working, communication and tools used on a day-to-day basis by our engineers.
What will you do:
Project Onboarding
Dive into your project and start delivering tasks as a valued member of the project team.
Soft Skills Training
Train your communication and presentation skills at online mentoring meetings with external professionals and onsite sessions.
Meet the Engineer Session
Engage in sessions with experienced Unit8 engineers – learn their daily work, best practices and tips to successful projects.
Full Client Onboarding
Dive deeper into your project. Learn the client’s business and guidelines for successful cooperation and have your first business professional experience.
What will you do:

Soft Skills Training
Train your communication and stakeholder management skills and apply them to real-world scenarios, by working with the client.
Are You the team member we are looking for?
- motivated and eager to learn different aspects of engineering
- comfortable to interact with technical and business people
- strong communication and presentation skills
- recently graduated/finishing your MSc or BSc in Computer Science or related major;
- familiar with version control and collaboration tooling (git)
- familiar with CI/CD frameworks and automated deployment concepts (Github actions, Bamboo)
- fluent in English
- available a minimum of 32h a week.
